Noor Al Sahara General Contracting Sole Proprietorship (NAS) has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (مؤسسة زايد العليا لأصحاب الهمم – ZHO) reinforcing NAS’ long-standing commitment to inclusion, empowerment and community development for People of Determination.

The agreement signed by Eng. Ali Mustafa AlBasyouni, NAS Managing Director, and Mr. Abdulla Al Humaidan, Secretary General of ZHO—expands joint efforts to provide specialized training, skills development, and meaningful employment pathways for People of Determination across NAS projects. 

As part of this collaboration, ZHO participants have already made significant contributions, including the production and installation of 1,000 traffic signs across various NAS project sites. This initiative highlights their capabilities, professionalism, and the success of practical skills-based training programs. 

Moreover, several trainees have commenced a three-month administrative training program, gaining experience in filing, scanning, email correspondence, documentation, and general office support. The program is designed to enhance independence, build confidence, and prepare participants for future employment opportunities. 

This new agreement formalizes NAS’ broader mission to support People of Determination, ensuring they are included, engaged, and empowered within the workplace and the community. NAS will continue working closely with ZHO to expand its inclusive employment initiatives and contribute to building a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
