Noor Al Sahara General Contracting sole proprietorship (NAS) proudly announces the successful completion of a landmark infrastructure project at the Mirfa Industrial Plots, awarded by ALDAR Projects LLC with a total value of AED 150 million.

To commemorate this significant milestone, NAS senior leadership conducted a dedicated site visit to personally inspect the quality and progress of the works and to recognize the collective efforts behind this achievement. The visit was led by Eng. Ali Mustafa Albasyouni, Owner and Managing Director of Noor Al Sahara, joined by Eng. Ibrahim Elhaddad, Project Director; Eng. Anwar Al Kahwagi, Projects Director; Eng. Fady Dahalan, Area Project Director; Eng. Samir M S Tarazi, Commercial Director; Hazem ElAgha, Projects Director; along with the project team.

During the tour, the management team expressed their appreciation for the exceptional quality, scale, and precision achieved throughout the project—from initial earthworks to asphalt paving, drainage networks, and critical infrastructure systems. The team was particularly impressed by the high standards maintained in every phase of execution, reflecting NAS’s commitment to excellence, safety, and timely delivery.

The asphalt works alone represent a major milestone, establishing a durable and high-capacity road network that will support industrial logistics and long-term regional growth. This project goes beyond the delivery of infrastructure—it lays the foundation for a future-ready industrial zone designed to enhance mobility, connectivity, and economic progress in Mirfa and beyond.
