Recently, a video was posted highlighting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, and it received remarkable response from the community. Building on that momentum, we are proud to share the next chapter of our collaboration with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (مؤسسة زايد العليا لأصحاب الهمم).

What began as a meaningful initiative to produce 1,000 traffic signs has now extended beyond the workshop and onto the ground. In a landmark moment, ten talented individuals from ZHO joined our HSE team on-site to personally install the very signs they had crafted with care and dedication.

Guided by our HSE supervisors, these individuals set out across key locations in Abu Dhabi City’s major road projects, experiencing firsthand how their workmanship directly enhances the safety and efficiency of our road networks. This initiative allowed them to see the tangible results of their effort—bridging the gap between skill and real-world impact.

From creating to installing, this initiative highlighted not only the capability and talent of People of Determination but also their ability to bring real value to essential infrastructure projects. Their participation demonstrated the strength of inclusion, dignity, and purpose in shaping a better community.

To further support this effort, Noor Al Sahara proudly sponsored all materials and cutting-edge equipment, which were officially donated to ZHO. This contribution will continue empowering their team, ensuring that the program leaves a sustainable and lasting impact.
