Caring Beyond Construction: NAS Delivers
CSR at the Heart of HQ

At Noor Al Sahara General Contracting Sole Proprietorship, employee well-being is more than a policy — it’s a deeply embedded value that shapes every aspect of how we operate.

In line with this commitment, NAS recently concluded two impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at strengthening health and safety for our team, not only across project sites but also at our offices.

Organized by our HR Department in collaboration with SEHA, licensed healthcare administered flu shots to employees as part of our proactive seasonal health initiative.

A strong example, our Managing Director, Eng. Ali Mustafa Albasyouni, was the first to receive the flu shot – a powerful demonstration of leadership by example.

Complementing this effort, our QHSE Department conducted hands-on emergency response training for selected staff members. The training provided practical, life-saving skills to ensure that NAS has trained personnel ready to respond swiftly and effectively in the event of an emergency, whether on-site or in the office.

These internal CSR initiatives highlight NAS’s unwavering mission to foster a safe, healthy, and resilient workplace. By investing in preventive healthcare and equipping employees with essential safety knowledge, we continue to uphold our core values of care, responsibility, and leadership ensuring our people remain at the heart of our success.

At NAS, our people are our greatest strength, and their well-being remains at the heart of our success.
