NAS Advances Workplace Inclusion Through Strategic CSR Partnership with ZHO

At Noor Al Sahara General Contracting Sole Proprietorship (NAS), Corporate Social Responsibility is more than a commitment — it is a calling to create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of others.

In line with our ongoing partnership with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (مؤسسة زايد العليا لأصحاب الهمم), NAS continues to take tangible steps toward empowering People of Determination through skills development and inclusive employment opportunities.

Building on the success of our previous collaboration — where talented individuals from ZHO contributed to the production and installation of over 1,000 traffic signs across NAS project sites — we are proud to announce the launch of a new hands-on training program at our Headquarters.

As part of the joint agreement with ZHO, seven individuals have commenced a three-month practical training program focused on developing administrative support skills, including filing, scanning, and email correspondence. The program takes place at NAS Headquarters, specifically within the HSE Department, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with seven dedicated cubicles allocated to the trainees as their workspace.

The program officially commenced last Thursday, marking another milestone in NAS’s journey toward fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace. NAS is already proud to employ People of Determination and looks forward to welcoming more participants into permanent roles upon successful completion of their training.

This initiative reinforces our belief that true strength lies in diversity, and that every individual deserves the opportunity to contribute, grow, and thrive within a supportive environment.

This initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of NAS’s HR Department, whose support has been instrumental in driving inclusion and empowerment.

At NAS, we remain committed to advancing inclusion — not just in words, but through purposeful action that shapes a brighter, more equitable future for all.
