Heat Stress Awareness Campaign Reinforces Safety at Al Khatam Project Site

As part of our unwavering commitment to health and safety, Noor Al Sahara General Contracting LLC recently collaborated with Abu Dhabi City Municipality – Al Khatem Municipality Center to deliver a vital Heat Stress Awareness Campaign aimed at protecting our workforce from extreme summer temperatures.

The awareness session was specifically tailored for our teams engaged in large-scale earthworks and backfilling operations in the Al Khatam region. Workers received valuable guidance on staying healthy, cool, and properly hydrated during challenging weather conditions. The training reinforced essential safety practices designed to safeguard the well-being of our employees, particularly during the high-risk summer months.

Highlighting the event, Abu Dhabi City Municipality recognized outstanding safety compliance by awarding four labourers AED 100 and mobile phones for correctly answering safety-related questions. This meaningful acknowledgment aims to encourage ongoing participation and enhance awareness among our workforces.

This initiative underscores our strong partnership with Abu Dhabi City Municipality, reflecting a mutual priority to uphold safety standards and worker welfare while driving forward significant infrastructure developments.

Currently, our earthworks and backfilling operations at Al Khatam are advancing rapidly. These critical foundational activities are instrumental in achieving optimal land settlement and preparing the ground for future developments. Every stage—from grading to compacting—is performed with precision, high quality, and uncompromising safety standards.

We commend our team’s dedication, professionalism, and continuous efforts toward achieving excellence on-site.
