As part of our ongoing Miscellaneous Works Project in collaboration with the Al Dhafra Region Municipality, Noor Al Sahara General Contracting Sole Proprietorship is proud to announce the successful completion of a significant milestone contributing to the enhancement of the Liwa Landmark Area an integral part of preparations for the upcoming Liwa International Festival 2025.

This achievement highlights NAS’s steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that support regional growth, enrich public experiences, and reflect our core values of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

In recognition of our dedicated efforts, the Al Dhafra Region Municipality awarded NAS a Certificate of Appreciation for its contributions to the improvement of the Liwa Landmark Area and support of the festival’s infrastructure needs.

Receiving the award on behalf of NAS were members of the management team, including Eng. Anwar Al Kahwagi, Projects Director; Eng. Hazem ElAgha, Area Project Director; Eng. Shadi Obeidou, PMP, Estimation Director; and Eng. Hazzem Skaik, Project Manager.
