With summer temperatures soaring, Noor Al Sahara General Contracting Sole Proprietorship (NAS) continues to place safety at the forefront of all operations. Our project sites are actively ramping up Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) campaigns designed to combat seasonal risks, from heat stress awareness initiatives to enhanced on-site safety protocols, ensuring every team member remains safe, healthy, and informed throughout the season.
As part of these ongoing efforts, NAS recently conducted a comprehensive fire drill and emergency preparedness session at our Al Faya site office, which is part of the ongoing mega infrastructure project with ALDAR. This initiative underscores our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our employees, protecting company assets, and maintaining full compliance with international health and safety standards.
Organized and led by our dedicated HSE team in collaboration with the project team, the session provided a critical refresher on essential safety practices. It covered proper response actions during fire emergencies, site-specific evacuation procedures, preventive safety measures, risk mitigation strategies, and the defined roles and responsibilities of personnel during crisis situations.
These proactive training sessions are particularly crucial during the region’s extreme summer conditions, where heightened fire risks demand increased vigilance and preparedness. By reinforcing awareness and readiness at all operational levels, NAS continues to foster a strong culture of safety—one that extends beyond compliance to reflect our core values and commitment to excellence.
